A-1 Laser International (Milpitas, CA; www.a1laser.net) has purchased a new building in San Jose, CA. The move was necessitated by growing interest in the company’s new product line and the firm’s recently finalized license agreement with LPL Systems (Mountain View, CA; www.lplsystems.com). The new facility will have 38,500 sq ft of manufacturing space for both system manufacturing and fabrication services.
Precision through-cutting encompassing a range of applications is offered by the firm. Typical uses include stents and catheter components, devices for minimally invasive surgery, and other tubing-related products.
