Mark C. Butts, JD, is a founder and principal of the investment banking firm Boston Equity Advisors LLC (Canton, MA), an SEC-registered, NASD member, broker/dealer that focuses on private placements of equity securities of pre-IPO-stage companies. The firm represents life sciences companies predominantly, and in the past year has raised money mostly for medical device enterprises.
