Diaphragms Are Injection-Molded from Liquid Silicone Rubber

A company makes custom diaphragms with thin walls that are injection-molded from liquid silicone rubber. The diaphragm sealing devices are suitable for a range of medical applications, including dispensing and fluid filtration systems and purification systems. They are designed for applications that require long-term seal life, despite temperature variation, and uninterrupted operation for extended periods. The material can withstand temperatures of –45°–180°C, has good electrical insulating characteristics, and can resist UV radiation and weathering.
