Healthcare supply chains have been stressed and stretched during the COVID-19 pandemic, but thanks to collaboration and agility, they have continued to provide much needed lifelines throughout the crisis. Vulnerabilities have surfaced throughout supply chains, however, with even medical device manufacturers suffering material shortages. It’s time to take stock of the challenges faced and fortify the supply chain for the future.

During Health Care Supply Chain Week, organized by the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management’s (AHRMM) October 3-9, 2021, GHX shared five best practices to help build more agile, resilient supply chains.
