UBM is accepting submissions for the MEDevice San Diego Conference, which will take place September 1–2, 2015. 

The 4th annual MEDevice San Diego Conference & Showcase will take place September 1–2, 2015 at the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina. We are pleased to announce the call for speakers to encourage sharing and collaboration on the latest innovations, strategies, and technologies in medical device product development and business development. Leaders in all areas of the medical device/medical technology space are encouraged to submit an application to earn a speaking opportunity at this premier industry forum.

Who Should Submit Papers to the MEDevice San Diego Conference?

Professionals within a medical device manufacturing company working in any of the following fields:

Abstract submissions should translate into a practical case study, strategy session, or technical session relating to one of the core themes that will be discussed at the conference:

Format

Abstract submission formats should take the following format: 

  • Presentation abstract title

  • 100-word presentation summary

  • 3–4 bulleted learning objectives of the presentation

  • Label the abstract as a Case Study, Strategy Session, or Technical Session

  • Label the topic area that the presentation falls under (see topic areas above)

  • Speaker’s name, position, company, email address, phone number, and short bio

Due Date

The deadline for abstract submission is 5 p.m. PST on Tuesday, March 31, 2015. The MEDevice San Diego Conference Advisory Committee will select winning papers and contact only those individuals with abstracts selected for inclusion in the conference.
