Wytech Acquires Contract Manufacturer Morton Bowen

Wytech Industries Inc. (Rahway, NJ), which specializes in making fine wire and tubing components for the medtech applications, has acquired Morton Bowen Inc. (Broomfield, CO), a contract manufacturer and maker of precision components. The combined company will offer the medical device industry a variety of metal wire and tube components and assemblies. Founded in 1975, Wytech Industries Inc. first offered fine-wire straightening and cutting services and later expanded to offer additional wire and tubing processing services, such as precision grinding, forming, pressing, heat treating, and coating. Morton Bowen specializes in managing the transitioning of prototype to larger-volume production. The company serves a variety of industries including medtech, biotech, and laboratory automation.
