Micropump Inc. (Vancouver, WA), a fluid-pumping solutions provider, recently announced its plans to offer Ismatec tubing pumps and programmable drives. Ismatec (Glattbrugg-Zürich, Switzerland) manufactures a range of high-precision tubing pumps that feature up to 40-channel systems, interchangeable pump heads and tube beds, and 0.001-ml/min to 13-L/min flow rates. Ismatec also supplies a line of variable and fixed-speed delivery pumps and drive systems compatible with Ismatec and Micropump pump heads. The stainless-steel tubing pumps are chemical resistant and contamination-free. Ismatec was acquired by Micropump's parent company, Idex Corp. (Northbrook, IL), a supplier of pump products and dispensing equipment.
