Precision Metal Filters Can Be Custom Engineered

A line of metal filters can be custom engineered and manufactured for use in the medical device industry. The filters feature burr-free holes and slots with wedge-shaped cross sections that prevent clogging. They can incorporate holes, slots, and complex shapes that measure in diameter from 0.0001 to 0.080 in. When ordered with hole sizes of 10 μm or smaller, the filters can be mounted in nebulizers to atomize liquids for the oral dispensation of drugs.
