The company can polish, machine, drill, and pattern glass substrates. It can also bond them into assemblies or coat them with thin-film materials. Glass parts can be fabricated with diameters as low as 6 mm and greater than 1000 mm with tolerances of ±0.25%. Substrate thickness ranges from 0.1 to 25 mm, and holes from 0.7 mm can be drilled, in diameters typically starting at 2 mm. Capabilities also include applying color coatings, performing edge treatment, etching, drilling, and applying hydrophilic or hydrophobic coatings.
