The INTG2 brushless dc magnetic-drive recirculation pump operates on power supplies ranging from 9 to 27 V and is suited for such applications as thermal therapy, laser cooling, chillers, and fluid circulation/recirculation systems. The manufacturer Gorman-Rupp Industries, which specializes in the design and production of custom fluid pumps, has included in the pump design a built-in speed control that gives OEMs the flexibility to adjust the pump’s motor speed in order to meet specific pressure and flow requirements. Maximum flows range from 3.5 to 7.5 gpm, and the maximum head can be 15 to 70 ft. The integrated, compact, lightweight design of the device does without motor bearings, which makes the impeller assembly the only moving part.
