Glassdoor recently announced its roundup of highest rated CEOs, which put Google's Larry Page in the top slot, winning the confidence of 97% of anonymous Google employees who ranked him on Glassdoor.

In the medtech world, Medtronic's Omar Ishrak took top honors in the Glassdoor roundup with a 91% approval ranking among the 306 employees who evaluated him.

Alex Gorsky, Johnson & Johnson's CEO also had a 91% approval ranking in the Glassdoor roundup. Since that was compiled, however, his ranking has moved up to 94% while Ishrak's has fallen to 90%.

The other medtech CEO to be featured in Glassdoor's list was Kevin A. Lobo of Stryker, who had an 89% approval ranking based on 245 reviews.
