EOAT Suction Cups Available in Variety of Materials, Shapes, and Sizes

A line of small vacuum suction cups for end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) includes cups in a variety of materials, shapes, and sizes designed to optimize a range of specific process requirements. The suction cups come in flat and single- or multiple-bellows styles and are molded from silicone, nitrile (NBR), neoprene, natural gum rubber, vinyl, and static-dissipative materials in sizes of 2–88 mm in diameter. They are designed to enable automation engineers to satisfy their process EOAT requirements exactly. The cups can be attached by means of push-in, flanged, or barbed fittings. They are appropriate for use in high-technology applications calling for vacuum suction cups that are nonmarking, operate at extreme temperatures, are FDA-approved, or provide antistatic properties.
