Exxco 012 has a low seal-initiation temperature of 90°C, a 0.912 g/cm3 density, and 12 g/10 min melt index. Manufactured by ExxonMobil Chemical Co. (Houston; 281/870-6000), Exxco 012's broad sealing window and seal strength allow it to outperform conventional resins used in extrusion coatings.

Exxco 012 has a low seal-initiation temperature of 90°C, a 0.912 g/cm3 density, and 12 g/10 min melt index. Manufactured by ExxonMobil Chemical Co. (Houston; 281/870-6000), Exxco 012's broad sealing window and seal strength allow it to outperform conventional resins used in extrusion coatings. According to the company, it provides better adhesion to oriented polypropylene film than either ethylene vinyl or LDPE resins and can be used as lamination film.
