Source Scientific Partners with BIT

BIT Analytical Instruments (Burlington, MA) has acquired a 50% equity investment in contract manufacturer Source Scientific (Irvine, CA). Source Scientific believes the acquisition will help the company meet the demand for outsourcing in the medical device industry.

“BIT's strategic investment in our company will help to fuel our growth globally and capitalize on the surge in demand for outsourced medical devices,” says president and CEO Richard Henson.

BIT complements Source Scientific's business model with its expertise in manufacturing complex medical instruments.
