Medtronic May Have Exaggerated
This week Medtronic told analysts that the medical device tax may actually cost the device maker less than originally anticipated – to the tone of about half. Medtronic had predicted it would pay roughly $50 million to cover the cost of the tax during FY 2013. That number is down to $20 – 25 million based on current estimates.
