Edwards Lifesciences Receives Grand Jury Subpoenas
Edwards Lifesciences said earlier this week that the company has received grand jury subpoenas in March and in September for records related to a heart monitor that was recalled in 2006 (the "Vigilance I Monitor model with software release 5.3," Edwards says).
