Medtech Unfiltered

We're changing things up a bit on the MD+DI Facebook page. Since March, I've hosted a weekly live stream "coffee break" via Facebook to talk about issues impacting the medical device and diagnostics industry. Starting Tuesday, this weekly segment will be rebooted as Medtech Unfiltered.

Here's what to expect:

• A candid conversation about what matters most in medtech at the moment.

• The live stream will take place at the same time as the coffee break (every Tuesday at 11 a.m. Eastern Time) — just a bit more structured.

• I'll give you a heads up about the topic in advance so you can come prepared to participate in the discussion. Questions and comments are strongly encouraged.

• Ask Amanda — at any time during the Medtech Unfiltered live stream, ask me anything you want, personal or professional, and I will answer at the end of the segment. Anything from my favorite color to my take on a particular market trend is fair game. You may also mail your question in advance to [email protected] using the subject line “Medtech Unfiltered.” Alternatively, if you prefer to remain anonymous, you may text your question to 310-266-1323 if you’d like to ask anonymously.

• In the interest of everyone’s time, each Medtech Unfiltered segment will be 15 minutes or less.

This week's topic will be about the strained relationship between the United States and China, and how the ongoing trade war between the two nations is impacting the global medical device supply chain.
