Typical respondents in R&D have been with the same company for seven years. Nearly three-quarters have 10 or more years of experience.
 

Job-Seeking Status
Almost two-thirds of respondents in this category say they are satisfied or very satisfied with their current position. 

 

Median Salaries
A typical R&D professional supervises two employees. Thirty-two percent of respondents do not supervise any employees, and 8% supervise 20 or more.
