Integrated Foam (Anna, OH) and PXL Cross-Linked Foam (Cobourg, ON, Canada) will now operate in North America under the Palziv brand. Palziv North America (Louisburg, NC), a subsidiary of Palziv LTD, will produce cross-linked continuous rolls and buns from polyethylene pellets for orthopedic and other applications.

"Palziv's strong presence in North America and the reach of our international research and development team will enhance Palziv's global leadership position within the thermoplastic cross-linked foam industry," remarks Gregory A. Brooker, Palziv North America's president and CEO.

In addition to Palziv's headquarters located in Louisburg, NC, the company will maintain facilities in Ohio and Canada. The Louisburg facility will serve the company's North American, South American, and Canadian markets. The firm also has manufacturing and distribution operations in Israel and Romania.
