Teleflex Acquires Specialized Medical Device Business

Teleflex Inc. (Limerick, PA; www.teleflex.com) has acquired the assets of HDJ Company, Inc. (HDJ; Lancaster, PA; www.hdjcompany.com) and its wholly owned subsidiary Specialized Medical Devices Inc.
