As part of its ongoing growth strategy, The Tech Group (Scottsdale, AZ) will soon open a new facility in Frankfort, IN. According to the company, recent growth in the region has demanded increased support and proximity to customers. The company has also invested $4.5 million in equipment and technology. The 70,000-sq-ft facility will hold 32 injection molding presses capable of handling tonnage ranging from 50 to 700.
“Our Indiana site will allow us to better serve our customers,” says Tech Group's vice president, Mike Treadway.
The Tech Group is a privately held contract manufacturer of medical-grade plastic products. It has 16 facilities in seven countries.
