Electronics Manufacturing Company Offers a One-Stop Shop

A firm specializing in electronics manufacturing services has added design and manufacturing capabilities to establish a one-stop shop for OEMs. FlexOne (San Jose; www.flexone.com) maintains that by implementing a vertically integrated system, it can provide small and medium-sized companies with production services that are typically only available to billion-dollar corporations.

“With expanded one-stop-shop services, we are now able to provide clients a fully integrated manufacturing partner. From full electronic and mechanical product design, parts procurement, assembly, and testing, to the packaging and shipping of the final product, everything can be done in-house by FlexOne, and fast,” says Shay Ahmed, FlexOne’s chief executive officer.

An ISO-certified company, FlexOne’s expanded operations encompass plastics services such as mechanical design, mold building, and plastic injection molding. Core competencies include product design, electronic circuit design, electronics assembly, and PCB and box-build capabilities. The company cites dealing with a single point of contact and having only one purchase order as additional advantages to its one-stop-shop services.
