Socket adapter system

A 0.5-mm-pitch BGA socket adapter system uses both male and female pins arranged in an interstitial pattern. Suited for development and validation of BGA and LGA devices, the system offers good electrical performance and a low signal attenuation up to 2.5 GHz. The product measures 2 mm larger than the device package and features standard eutectic tin and lead solder balls or lead-free tin, silver, or copper solder ball terminals for RoHS-compliant applications.
