Radlink Inc. (Redondo Beach, CA), a manufacturer of digital medical imaging solutions, has elected A. Redmond Doms Jr. to its board of directors. Doms is a member of the project advisory committee for the Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center and is past president of the St. John's Hospital Foundation. Radlink, which provides medical film-to-digital image conversion, storage, and delivery services to healthcare providers, recently received FDA clearance for the sale and distribution of its computed radiography system.

Celsion Corp. (Columbia, MD), a developer of heat-activated cancer treatment systems, has appointed William Hahne, MD, as its vice president of clinical development and medical affairs and Christopher Black, PhD, as its executive director of preclinical research. Hahne was most recently vice president of clinical development at CuraGen Corp. (Branford, CT), and Black was a John E. Fogarty fellow and associate at the National Institutes of Health (Bethesda, MD).
