Battery Company Educates Visitors

A designer and supplier of battery packs and chargers has debuted its new Web site. The Nexergy (Columbus, OH) site features an interactive design center purposed to convert users to informed consumers. In order to enable visitors to find the best portable power configuration for their application, the firm has loaded the design center with useful tools such as white papers and lithium shipping regulations. Also featured on this section of the site is a capacity calculator, which enables users to estimate current requirements for a specific application. A chemistry selector chart offers comparisons of various common cell chemistry specifications, including volume, voltage, and both charge and discharge temperatures. Visitors can also click on the cell chemistries listed in the chart to obtain additional information.
