Weekly Vitals: Stryker CEO Resigns, New Technologies Unveiled at AAOS, and More

In honor of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) meeting this past week, Medtech Pulse has dedicated the weekly vitals roundup to the top orthopedics news.
