In this role, he is responsible for companywide communications in addition to his involvement with a variety of outside organizations. Anderson holds a BA in communications from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an MS in management from the University of Southern California.

0811x44c.jpgWilliam C. Kolter is corporate vice president for government affairs, public affairs, and corporate communications at Biomet Inc. (Warsaw, IN). Kolter has 24 years of experience in the orthopedic device industry, and has spent the past 21 with Biomet, where he began as a product manager. Kolter is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he received a BS in communications with a concentration in advertising.

She has 25 years of management experience in the medical device industry with innovative companies that include Thoratec Corp. and Kyphon Inc. Tracy received a BS degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and her MBA from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business.
