Menopause is having a moment. This often-stigmatized transitional period is gaining attention as more and more women try to understand and manage its symptoms. Unfortunately, many solutions focus on managing symptoms after they become disruptive. That's why Mira, a hormonal care and testing company, introduced the Menopause Transitions Kit to help women monitor and anticipate hormonal changes.

The AI-based hormone monitor is a palm-sized device that tracks four key hormones critical to understanding menopause transitions. The device then connects to the Mira app to translate hormone data into insights that allow women to detect transitions and track changes, link symptoms to hormonal patterns, evaluate therapies, and make lifestyle adjustments accordingly.

Packaging’s part in the menopausal journey.

Mira’s Menopause Transitions Kit includes an analyzer; a compact AI-powered device designed to provide lab-level results; fertility max and ovum test wands to measure critical hormones; and access to the Mira app.

The packaging is designed to ensure the product using a sturdy outer carton. Inside, a soft, protective pad cushions the device and its components, minimizing the risk of damage from bumps during transit. Additionally, Mira’s CEO and founder, Sylvia Kang, told Packaging Digest: “Each item inside — whether the Mira analyzer, test wands, or cables — is securely positioned within custom compartments to prevent shifting or scratching.”

Multimedia manuals reduce errors.

Mira’s instructions for use are straightforward and stress-free. Inside the kit, consumers will find a detailed user manual that serves as a comprehensive guide, covering everything from setup to advanced usage. The kit also contains a quick-start guide that includes visuals, links to video tutorials, and step-by-step instructions to make the setup process easy and intuitive, even for first-time users.

“The combination of clear text, graphics, and links ensures that users can quickly understand how to use the device correctly, interpret results, and integrate it into their daily routine,” Kang said. “This reduces the chance of errors and enhances the overall user experience.”

The Menopause Transitions Kit is available through Mira's website.
