Wearables technology is getting a lot of attention these days as many believe that healthcare can be reimagined with such devices.

Earlier this week, PricewaterhouseCoopers released an extensive report on the current and future state of wearables and the report stresses that while the opportunity that it represents is large, it's success will depend on whether the design is human centered.

The report also presents a snapshot of where in the body a wearable can be found and the potential applications being developed currently. Here it is below:
