Description: The BodyGuardian Heart Remote Patient Monitoring System is intended to provide ECG data on patients who are able to be up and about as well as provide details on their respiration rate and activity levels if used in conjunction with the associated patient portal.

Developed in partnershp with the the Mayo Clinic, the system comrises a smal, chest-worn sensor that is applied with a disposable strip. The device can help to detect arrhythmmia in aysmptomatic patients and can be remotely programmed to capture and transmit the data. The wearable device can transmit data to an app on the smartphone for patients. Meanwhile doctors can access that same data through the web using the company's PatientView and PatientFlow portals.

In August 2015, Boston Scientific became an investor in Preventice Solutions as well as its exclusive worldwide sales and marketing representative for the company's cardiology-related diagnostic and monitoring offerings.
