Party: Republican Wants to Repeal Obamacare: Yes Replace With: Business man and real estate developer Donald Trump is the only other presidentical candidate, apart from Senator Ted Cruz from Texas, who doesn't address healthcare under the "issues" tab on his website. A September 2015 clip of Trump on 60 Minutes that he wanted government to pay for healthcare for everyone, but now he denies ever having said that. Like some other Republicans, Trump wants people to be able to buy insurance across state lines. That in effect will create a robust, competitive marketplace that will make insurance coverage affordable. "It will be beautiful," Trump said to a debate audience in Houston last week.
