wire products; Accu-Met Laser (Cranston, RI; www.accumetlaser.com), a service provider specializing in cutting, welding, drilling, engraving, and wire EDM operations; and American Medical Instruments Inc. (Dartmouth, MA; www.amiinc.com), a manufacturer of custom needles, needle assemblies, and components, compose the organization.“This new platform will enable us to become an integrated provider capable of offering the medical community a diverse array of specialty manufactured solutions on a highly responsive basis, up to and including finished medical devices,” says Gerald Mazzenga, CEO of NEPG.Providing a complete outsourcing option, the business partnership offers such manufacturing capabilities as prototyping, components, assemblies, and finished medical devices for cardiovascular, orthopedic, laparoscopic, endoscopic, ophthalmic, and additional medical applications.
