Pulse Technologies, an engineering and contract manufacturing company supporting medical, aerospace and commercial applications, has been awarded a Silver EcoVadis Medal recognizing its efforts to run sustainably and ethically.

Launched in 2007, the EcoVadis program judges companies in several categories, including the environment, human labor rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Each company submitted for evaluation is tested according to strict criteria for its industry. Pulse placed in the top 25 percentile of all companies tested by EcoVadis, Pulse reported in a news release. “We're dedicated to manufacturing only the highest quality medical and aerospace components and assemblies," said Steve Trinter, director of global sales and marketing for Pulse. “Quality and innovation are at the core of everything we do, and so we plan to increase our score and achieve even greater sustainability moving forward.”

Pulse Technologies has access to more than 100 manufacturing CNC machine tools, and its team consists of more than 250 engineers, machine technicians, quality experts, and material planning professionals. From a fully equipped metrology lab to multi-axis machining, the company's capabilities support high-volume, day-to-day production.
