Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, New York City, June 9-11, 2020

SUBMISSIONS DUE: 5 p.m. PST on February 28th

Welcome to the Call for Speakers for the 2020 MD&M East, ATX East, Atlantic Design & Manufacturing, and East Pack! Below you will find all the information you need in order to submit your proposals for our audience of design and process engineers, which for the third year will be held on three separate stages located within the buzzing expo floor of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

We look forward to reviewing your proposals — please keep the following information in mind as you prepare your submissions. Following these guidelines will increase your chances of passing muster and get you on the speaking faculty of the largest medtech, automation/robotics, and/or packaging tradeshow on the east coast!

We are accepting in-depth, detailed proposals that may involve, but are not limited to, the following topics. Our audience consists of R&D, design, product development and process engineers, as well as product/project directors and some C-Suite level personnel involved in design and manufacturing decisions.

Please note abstracts that are essentially commercials or sales presentations for a specific product or company will not be considered. If you are interested in sponsorship opportunities, please contact Colleen Sepich for paid sponsorship opportunities or paid speaking slots in our Tech Theater at [email protected].
