Healthcare startups attracted $1.81 billion from venture capitalists in the second quarter of the year through 151 deals. The quarter also saw the number of early-stage deals as a percentage of overall healthcare deals reach a five-quarter high. The healthcare sector also saw 11 initial public offerings out of an overal 22 companies that went public in the quarter, according to the Q2 Venture Capital Activity Report published by CB Insights, a venture capital database.

But which companies pulled in the most cash in the last quarter and which sub segment of the healthcare work do they belong. See slideshow below:
