MedTech Winners of 2013

For the medical device industry, the past 12 months were marked by dramatic change, panic in anticipation of more change in 2014, and a pervasive pessimism that the medtech industry couldn't—or wouldn't—shake. 

Yet despite an increasingly challenging regulatory environment, implementation of the medical device tax, and uncertainties surrounding the Affordable Care Act (ACA), there were people, companies, trends, and groups that managed to come out on top.
