Biomedical Structures (BMS; Warwick, RI), a provider of biomedical textiles for orthopedic applications, has named Dean J. Tulumaris its president and CEO. Tulumaris, the former president and CEO of nitinol products contract manufacturer Memry Corp. (Bethel, CT), brings experience in strategic planning, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and business and product development. At Memry Corp., he led an expansion of the company’s production capabilities that resulted in a doubling of revenues over three years.

Tulumaris, the former president and CEO of nitinol products contract manufacturer Memry Corp. (Bethel, CT), brings experience in strategic planning, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and business and product development. At Memry Corp., he led an expansion of the company’s production capabilities that resulted in a doubling of revenues over three years. Tulumaris, who is also a veteran of device industry contract manufacturer MedSource Technologies, took over the position September 5.
