The Boston metro area is a well-known medtech hub, employing the highest number of biomedical engineers in the nation. But with more than 50 institutions of higher education, including two of the top 10 biomedical engineering programs (MIT and Boston University), you’re likely to face competition from an impressive field of job candidates.
