Name of Company: Titan Medical SPORT Surgical System: The Canadian company has developed the SPORT surgical system to aid surgeons to perform minimally invasive procedures to treat sport injuries. The system comprises a robot that includes a 3-D high definition vision system and multi-articulating instruments for performing the surgery as well a surgeon workstation. Through the latter, the surgeon controls the robotic instruments, while getting a 3-D view inside the patient's body cavity during surgery.
