10 Digital Health and Medtech Startups That Shone at SXSW—Redox

Redox is tackling interoperability issues within hospitals and health systems with software that allows for speedier integration of cloud-based digital healthcare apps with a site’s chosen electronic health record (EHR) system. According to the company’s website, “New software vendors are bringing innovations to market that help bring efficiency and improve care—and they’re building in the cloud.”

Redox can work with a number of major EHR systems, including Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, and others. The company is based in Madison, WI, not too far from the headquarters of Epic, and Redox’s team members have extensive experience working at the EHR giant.

Redox was one of eight finalists in the Health and Wearable Technologies category of the SXSW Accelerator pitch competition.
