Murphy has experience in intellectual property and complex litigation across the medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and consumer-driven healthcare industries. He has represented clients in a number of legal matters, including patent litigation, sham litigation proceedings, contract actions, and more. He has worked on the development of novel remedies arguments to defend multiple multi-million dollar claims.
Ludwig’s practice focuses on patent litigation in the pharmaceutical, mechanical, and optical arts industries, with emphasis on pharmaceutical cases brought under the Hatch-Waxman Act. His litigation experience includes patent cases involving medical devices, scientific instruments, and food and drug law. David has represented a number of clients in several USPTO inter partes review and interference proceedings.
