Millstone Medical Outsourcing (Fall River, MA), which provides outsourcing services to the medical device OEMs, has hired a new vice president of business development at its Warsaw, IN, location. Thomas C. Lowe will be charged with developing key accounts and supporting the company’s medical device manufacturing customers. Before joining Millstone, Lowe worked for a medical device industry supplier for 14 years and, prior to that, began his career with an orthopedic distributorship.
