Ajit S. Gill
is president and CEO of Inhale Therapeutics (San Carlos, CA). Before joining
Inhale, Gill was vice president and general manager of Kodak's interactive systems
division. He has also served as chief financial officer for TRW-Fujitsu, director
of business development for Visicorp, and as start-up president for three high-technology
companies.

Kshitij Mohan,
PhD, is the chief regulatory and technology strategist in the FDA practice
of the law firm of King & Spalding (Washington, DC), where he advises medical
device, biologics, and pharmaceutical firms on product and business development
issues. Mohan was previously a senior vice president and chief technology officer
of Boston Scientific Corp. He went to Boston Scientific in 2000 from Baxter
International, where he was a corporate vice president responsible for all corporate
research and technical services, including technology strategy development.
