Timothy J. Budacki is president and managing consultant of Hazard Management Associates (Sewickley, PA), a consulting practice geared toward the application of human factors in product liability loss prevention, regulatory compliance, environmental due diligence, and responsible care initiatives. He has consulted for more than 150 medical device, drug, and food manufacturers.
