The firm arranges for corporate divestitures of product lines, business units, and whole companies. Joseph G. Solari
is senior vice president in the healthcare group at Houlihan Lokey Howard &
Zukin (Chicago), an international investment bank with an emphasis on the middle
market. The firm assists medtech companies in various stages of the business
cycle, from raising capital to mergers and acquisitions to financial restructuring.

Christopher Sweeney is with Cleary & Oxford Associates (Alexandria, VA), a healthcare investment bank that focuses on the medical device industry. Sweeney provides assistance for healthcare clients in the planning and execution of buy- and sell-side assignments, and arranges strategic alliances and capital investments in early-stage companies.

Daniel C. Wood is cogeneral partner of IngleWood Ventures (San Diego), a $40 million venture capital fund focused on early-stage life sciences companies.
