A miniature proportional valve provides flows greater than 200 slm while consuming less than 2 W of power. The VSO Max can be used with operating inlet pressures of up to 60 psi with response times of less than 20 milliseconds. The valve features three standard control voltage ranges (5, 12, and 24 V dc). The 0.68 × 0.63 × 2.08-in. footprint features a manifold body and is oxygen-service cleaned.
