As medical device manufacturers worldwide are preparing their most prized devices for submission to the Medical Design Excellence Awards, experts are being appointed to serve on the jury panel.

The jurors, selected from a variety of backgrounds, are appointed for three-year terms. Selection criteria are based primarily on the judges' expertise in areas related to the competition's categories.

The chosen jurors will also have demonstrated their concern for the device industry and, based on their experience, will have the ability to add depth and diversity to the judging process.
