Jarden's new molding facility holds 12 injection molders.

Jarden Plastic Solutions (Dorset, UK) has opened a 6000-sq ft molding cleanroom. It contains 12 injection molding presses, ranging from 100 to 400 tn. The company hopes that this new service will help European and U.S.-based companies with secondary operations and assembly for medical devices and disposable packaging. It offers customers advanced molding technology for several types of products including filtration devices and drug-delivery devices. Formerly Unimark Plastics, Jarden Plastic Solutions is a division of Jarden Corp. (Rye, NY). The company provides manufacturing services and specialty packaging from the concept stage to final distribution.
