According to Rasmussen Reports, most U.S. voters believe that the Affordable Care Act will be repealed if Mitt Romney wins the next presidential election and Republicans take Congress. The survey found that 80% of likely voters nationwide hold this view, while 15% hold that repeal is unlikely.
Survey results are based on a nationwide survey of 1000 likely voters conducted July 5 and 6. The margin of error is 3 percentage points.
In other news, the Republican-controlled House of Representatives is scheduled to take up the question of repealing the Affordable Care Act the week of July 9.
